Okay, if you wanna get all deep on us, a little longer description about ourselves, would be that we are a game company that doesn't make any games. Ownage is a meta gaming company. What does this mean? Well, metagaming can best described as the game within the game. Like, have you ever played your little sister in checkers and decided that because she's no Bobby Fischer you'll beat her without any KING MEs? Or have you ever stayed up all night arguing with your friend whether your Permastun strategy is better than his Nuke Strat? Often times its not the game itself and the pre-conceived rules that are fun and enjoyable. Rather, we all find some kind of individualized value in the way WE WANT to play, the strategies WE CHOOSE, and the identities WE CREATE. Dressing a certain way, picking a certain race, trolling certain people. This is what makes gaming fun.
In short, Ownage is a company that creates technology to hunt down these cool things and help you get what you want out of your games.
Our launch product is our Action Figure Service, called Ownage Manufacturing (OMFG). We take your game character and make it into a super cool, anime-style Action Figure which you can battle, showoff, abuse, never take out of the box, whatever! The Ownage Client is a nefarious, free software utility designed to let you capture any character out of any 3D based game. This data, if you choose to allow it, is streamed live to Ownage, where a team of artist designers await your beckon. Our team gives your character a HD Digital Makeover adding texturing and minute features to armor, clothing, hair, weaponry, basically everything. This typically adds 10-20 million polygons of detail to an original 5000 poly character mesh. We then use millions of dollars in alien manufacturing technologies to create your character, on-demand, out of the best possible Toy Grade Polymers and Plastic Resins (PVC, ABS, SBS). The final piece is painted and airbrushed using color synchronized acrylic paints.

Lastly, we believe in open technologies. All Ownage created data is freely accessible by you in Standards Based Formats that you can go and do anything you want with (AMVs, Machinima, mods, etc). It's your data, do what you want with it.
