How long does it take for my character to be made?

About 4 weeks. A character is detailed by the second business day. Manufactured by the first week. Painted by the second. QA check and shipped by the third. These times vary but we will try our best to accommodate your needs. You can track the progress of your character in your Account/Orders page. Let us know if rushed processing is a feature you guys would like.

Is there a return policy or satisfaction guarantee?

We grant Redos, Credit, or Replacement Parts on a case by case basis. Each model is unique and tailored for each gamer. If someone returned a model of their own character, who else would want it? Lol. That being said, if you are unhappy with any part of a order, let us know! Our job is to do right by you.

What is this Production Code thing?
A:
We're in Beta! There are millions of gamers, very very very few of us. We manage the supply and demand issue by selling "prints" on EBay. If we do a bad job or if custom manufacturing is too new or scary, models will be dirt cheap! If our models are kick ass, then the bid system will set a fair price. We believe this beats flat pricing with a random chance Lottery. Other companies do that because their stuff sucks, and they want to guarantee a profit. We only want to do the best job possible!
